• Momentera reserves the right to cancel any registration without notice if fraudulent or misleading information is provided.

3. Abstract Submission

• Submitted abstracts must be original work not previously published or under review elsewhere.
• Authors must have obtained all necessary permissions for any copyrighted material.
• By submitting an abstract, authors grant Momentera the right to publish the abstract in conference proceedings.
• The scientific committee's decisions on abstract acceptance are final.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Momentera has a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.
• Plagiarism or academic misconduct.
• Unauthorized recording or photography of sessions or participants.
• Commercial solicitation without prior written approval.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Momentera Scientific Event Management Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Momentera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, or loss of research materials.

7. Photography & Recording

By registering and attending our conferences, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Images and recordings may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

8. Visa & Travel

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documentation. Momentera provides visa invitation letters only upon receipt of full registration payment. Refusal of a visa does not qualify as grounds for a refund beyond our standard cancellation policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms
