Dr. Hamad Khalifa is an accomplished ICT Advisor with more than two decades of experience across telecommunications, critical communications, public safety, cybersecurity and technology leadership.

With over 24 years of professional experience associated with Abu Dhabi Police, Dr. Hamad brings valuable real-world insight into the evolving relationship between technology, secure communications and public safety. His expertise spans ICT strategy, telecommunications, network security, critical communications and organizational leadership.

Beyond his professional career, Dr. Hamad is actively involved in international and cross-sector initiatives. His experience includes serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board for CSIT Industrial at Abu Dhabi University, a General Member of the Board associated with the International Critical Communications Awards, and a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Higher Colleges of Technology. He is also connected with international professional communities including the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
