1. What if my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?
Yes, you can attend as a delegate. Even if your abstract is not selected for oral or poster presentation, you are welcome to attend the conference as a delegate and benefit from the sessions, networking opportunities, and workshops.
2. Can you send me a visa letter for my visa application?
Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us.

3. How do I submit my abstract?
You can submit your abstract through our online submission portal on the specific conference page. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and should include the title, authors, affiliation, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
4. What are the registration fees?
Registration fees vary by conference, participation type (speaker/delegate/student), and early bird discounts. Please refer to the specific conference registration page for detailed fee structures.
5. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Yes, refund requests submitted at least 30 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. Requests submitted within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
6. Are sessions available online for international participants?
Yes! Momentera offers hybrid conference options with live streaming available for select sessions. International participants who cannot travel can register for virtual attendance and access sessions in real-time. Recordings may also be available post-conference.
7. How do I get a certificate of participation?
All registered participants (speakers and delegates) receive a digital certificate of participation/presentation after the conference. Certificates are sent via email within 2 weeks of the event conclusion.
8. Can I publish my research in your journals?
Yes! Momentera publishes Open Access journals in Science, Engineering, and Health Research. All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review. Visit our Journals page or the Get Published section for submission guidelines.
9. What is the submission deadline for abstracts?
Abstract submission deadlines vary per conference and are listed on the individual conference page. We recommend submitting early as deadlines are strictly observed.
10. Do you offer group registration discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for group registrations of 5 or more participants from the same institution. Please contact us at contact@momentera.org for details.
