Refund Policy – Conferences

Payments Terms

  • All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration.
  • Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend, up to 1 week prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge.

  • Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follow:
  • 8 weeks or more prior to start of event, no penalty .
  • 8 to 4 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the paid amount.
  • 4 to 1 week prior to start of event: 0% of the paid amount.
  • No shows will be charged on the complete amount.
  • All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.
  • There will be no refund of amount provided for Substitutions or any type of cancellations, all the remaining amounts will be carried forward to the next event.


Refund Policy – Journals

Journal performs all the process promptly and on time before the publishing of the article for which it bears the expenses like plagiarism check, getting the article peer-reviewed, proof reading, typesetting, permanent online archiving etc. There are no submission charges OR processing charges, and authors shall pay the fee ONLY after the acceptance of article for publication.

  • There are no refunds or cancellation once the paper is published
  • There are no refunds or cancellation if the paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.
  • After Publish Issue / Indexing author can’t make the correction in the article. If the author wants correction in the article he/she will have to pay extra as per changes in the article.
