Dr. Jurgen LademannSenior Researcher
Prof. Dr. Jurgen Lademann
Dr. Jurgen Lademann serves as Director of the Center of Experimental and Applied Cutaneous Physiology (CEACP), at the Department of Dermatology, Venerology and Allergology of Charite Berlin. Dr. Lademann is a leading expert on the non-invasive measurement of biomarkers in human skin. He is editor of the international journal "Skin Pharmacology and Applied Skin Physiology," and board member of the German Federal Institute of Risk Assessment, Berlin, Germany. He is an internationally recognized researcher who is focused on the interface between dermatology, pharmacology and biophysics. Originally a physicist, he has been head of the department of “Experimental and Applied Physiology of the Skin” at the Hospital for Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology, at the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin since 1996. He was appointed professor for dermatology in 2001.

Prof. Gennaro CilibertoProfessor of Molecular Biology
Prof. Gennaro Ciliberto Previous
Full Professor of Molecular Biology, University of Catanzaro “Magna Graecia,” since 1995. He has over 25 years of research management experience. In particular, his experience at Merck Sharp and Dohme research centre IRBM P. Angeletti in Pomezia (Rome) from 1991-2009 included responsibilities for several early drug discovery programs (target identification to phase I clinical trials), membership of several decision-making committees, and Site Head and Managing Director for 200 employees (2006-2009).
In November 2009, he co-founded Takis s.r.l., a spin-off of the IRBM P. Angeletti, with the main focus on research and development in Oncology. In March 2012, he was appointed Scientific Director of IRCSS Istituto Nazionale Tumori, Senatore “G. Pascale” Napoli. He has over 200 publications in the areas of cancer stem cell therapy, cancer vaccines, somatic gene therapy, structure and function of cytokines (e.g. IL6), and transcriptional control of acute phase response.
He has acquired significant experience in the field of Technology Transfer as evidenced by his presence as Co-inventor in more than 25 international patents. Referee and member of the editorial board of numerous international scientific journals, and editor of a Molecular Biology textbook for university students.

Prof. Rony SegerProfessor in Biological Regulation
Prof. Rony Seger Previous
Rony Seger is a professor in the Department of Biological Regulation, the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel. He completed his doctorate at the Weizmann Institute at 1990 and moved to postdoc training with the late Prof. Krebs at Washington University, USA. At 1994 he re-joined the Weizmann Institute as a group leader.
Over the years Dr. Seger contributed significantly to the field of signal transduction, and recently to the stimulated nuclear translocation of MAPKs. Dr. Seger published more than 200 papers, supervised more than 100 students or postdoctoral fellows, and received several prizes including the Teva research prize.

Dr Trinanjan BasuConsultant Radiation Oncologist
Dr Trinanjan Basu
MBBS and MD (Radiation Oncology) from Calcutta University. Expert in IGRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT
Dr Trinanjan Basu has completed both his MBBS and MD (Radiation Oncology) from Calcutta University in 2010. He then did senior residency from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai for 2.5 years. He has been working as the radiation oncologist for last 8 years and has the training and expertise in all available technologies like IGRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT. He has worked with state of the art radiotherapy technologies like Tomotherapy and Cyberknife. Currently, he is working as consultant radiation oncologist in Mumbai and head and neck cancer, brain tumors, SBRT in extracranial diseases like lung, pancreas, sarcomas, and quality of life issues are very close to his heart.
He has more than 25 publications in indexed peer-reviewed journals, few book chapters, reviewer for International journals and Editorial committee member of leading publishing house. He has received several ESMO and ESTRO grants. He is a member of the International Geriatric radiotherapy group and was an observer at Institute Gustave Roussy, Paris. He is also a visiting fellow at National Cancer Centre, Singapore and was awarded the 1st ever Foundation of leadership in Radiation Oncology certificate under ESTRO-CARO-RANZCR.

Dr N. C. Tolga EmreAssociate Professor
Dr N. C. Tolga Emre
Associate professor and Group Leader, Laboratory of Genome Regulation, TurkeyHe received his doctoral degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and did postdoctoral work at US National Institutes of Health. Dr. Emre is a recipient of 2013 Young Scientist award from Science Academy Foundation of Turkey.
He is a faculty at Boğaziçi University’s Department of Molecular Biology & Genetics in Istanbul/Turkey since 2011 and currently an associate professor and group leader at the Laboratory of Genome Regulation, Turkey. Dr. Emre’s research focuses on gene regulatory mechanisms, especially epigenetic chromatin modifications and transcription factors in cancers. His research has been funded by grants from European Commission, European Molecular Biology Organization, Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and Boğaziçi University.

Altaf A. Wani, Ph.D. is a professor in the Department of Radiology and the Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology at Ohio State University (OSU). He is a member of Molecular Carcinogenesis and Chemoprevention program of the James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute. Dr. Wani is the Director of Molecular Carcinogenesis Laboratory and conducts Basic Cancer research in the area of DNA damage and repair.
He is a Graduate Studies Committee member of the Ohio State Biochemistry Program and member of the Integrated Biomedical Graduate Program. He serves on the Appointments, Tenure and Promotion Committee of the OSU College of Medicine and Public Health. He represents his department at the University Faculty Council and Senate.

Dr Neeraj Jain is Associate Prof Radiation Oncology at Sri Guru Ram Das University Of Health Sciences Amritsar. He is eminent Radiation Oncologist and participated in numerous national and international conferences and presented papers. He is Vice Chairman of Indian College of Radiation Oncologists (ICRO). ICRO is an academic wing of AROI i.e. Association of Radiation Oncologists of India. He is well versed in modern Radiotherapy techniques.
