Prof Omar Al Omari
Omar Al Omari has completed his PhD from Curtin University, WA, Australia, 2011. He is an associate professor at the Collage of Nursing, Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat/ Oman and he is working for Curtin University in Australia as an Adjunct researcher. Al Omari has published more than 23 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.
Sandra Pennbrant, RN, MSc, RNT, has completed her Ph.D. in 2009 in Healthcare Pedagogy from Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, Sweden and 2014 Associate Professor in Healthcare Sciences at the University West, Trollhättan, Sweden. Her research focuses on professional groups and professional competence in healthcare organizations, and work-integrated learning combined with the portfolio method, and nursing and learning for person-centered care.
Margareta Karlsson, RN, MNSc, has completed her Ph.D. in 2016 in Caring Science from Åbo Academy, Department of Caring Science, Finland. Since 2016 she is a senior lecturer at University West, Trollhättan, Sweden. Her research focuses on palliative care, use of interpreters in primary care, older people in-home care and digitizing in community care.

She has been teaching for the past 14 years with the past seven years focusing on online nursing education at Linfield College in Oregon. She has many publications related to online nursing education and service learning.
Dr. Kim Kintz
Dr. Kintz has practiced as an Adolescent/Adult Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years and is currently an Associate Professor of Nursing at Linfield College in Oregon. She continues to maintain clinical practice working with vulnerable populations.
Lauren Ellis is the Simulation Director for the College of Nursing at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Lauren is currently in the DNP program at SUNY Upstate. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and provides comprehensive home health assessments for the Underserved Population.
Lauren has over 10 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, anticoagulation therapy, Internal medicine, and psychiatry. Lauren has certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS & Trauma. Her evidence-based practice research on process improvement for patients on Coumadin is currently being implemented at Coney Island Hospital.
Dr. Wayne A. Centrone
In addition to his global health work, Wayne is a Senior Health Advisor with Center for Social Innovation, a Boston based policy and research think-tank dedicated to developing sustainable solutions to the challenges of poverty and homelessness.
Dr. Riitta Nikkola, Ph.D.
Her 2013 dissertation explored osteoarthritis in elderly patients. Her interests are sepsis and medication.
Dr. Eleonora Papaleontiou - Louca
Eleonora Papaleontiou - Louca is an associate professor in Psychology at the European University Cyprus and a Vice-Chairperson at the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She has a B.Ed. Degree (Cyprus & Greece), an M.A. in Education (University of Reading, U.K.) and a Ph.D. in Developmental / Cognitive and Educational Psychology (Cardiff University, U.K.).
She has published many articles in Greek and international journals and has also published the books: “Children’s and Adolescents’ Mental Health” (Armos pl/hers), “Current Trends in Preschool Curriculum” Tipothito pl/hers, “Metacognition and Theory of Mind”, Cambridge Scholars Publications and “Metacognition: Theory and Practice” Thymari Publications, Greece.
Dr. E. Louca has also given hundreds of lectures to parents and specialized groups related to psychological topics and children’s upbringing issues. Her research interests include Mental Health, Metacognition, Theory of Mind, Creative and Critical Thinking, Language Development, Emotional Development, Emotional Intelligence and the relationship between Religion and Psychology.

Dr. Sari Himanen works as a principal lecturer in Tampere University of Applied Sciences. She completed her Ph.D. in Education at theUniversity of Tampere.
She has 16 years of experience in nursing teaching. She has developed diverse ICT-based teaching methods in nursing education and studied their effects on learning.
Dr. Hanan Al-Modallal Ph.D.
She has continued her research with women who have experienced intimate partner violence with a focus on refugee populations and college women and on abused women’s vulnerability to mental health problems. Currently, she started working on workplace violence with emphasis on partner violence against working women.
Nahla Mansour Al Ali
Jordan University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Nursing, Irbid 22110.*Nahla has completed her Ph.D. in 2008 from Queen’s University Belfast/ Northern Ireland/UK. Currently, she is an associate professor in the faculty of nursing at Jordan University of Science and Technology. She has published more than 18 papers in reputed journals and one book and chapter in the book. She has been serving as an editorial board member of many reputable journals.
